• Send task reminders and productivity nudges you've opted into

3. AI Processing

MySidekiq uses artificial intelligence to classify and organize your tasks. The text you enter is processed by our AI systems (powered by Google Gemini) to extract dates, priorities, and categories. This processing happens securely and your data is not used to train third-party AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Google Cloud services located in the United States.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google Firebase: For data storage and authentication
• Google Gemini / Vertex AI: For AI-powered task classification
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: For push notifications

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Notifications

MySidekiq sends push notifications for task reminders and daily briefings. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app under Account → Notifications.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

MySidekiq is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
